Here I have shown the veg biryani recipe process in a very simple and easy way with tasty aromatic flavor.
- Whole garam masala Spices – includes (Cloves -5, cardamom-4, cinnamon-2 (1-inch piece), Caraway seeds, black stone flower-3, biryani leaf-4)
- Finely chopped Green Chilly, Carrot, Alu and Beans, peas (optional), curry leaves
- Mint and coriander – chopped, Oil – 3 tablespoons and Ghee (4 tablespoons), Basmati Rice – 2 cups, Ginger garlic paste –1 teaspoon, salt- to taste
Firstly on the stove and take a medium-size bowl.
Let it heat and add ghee and oil. Once the oil gets heated, add all the whole garam masala spices. Let all the spices get fried in oil for 2mins after that add finely chopped chilies and curry leaves and close the lid. After 5 mins, just stir them and add all chopped vegetables (Alu, beans, carrot, peas, mint, and coriander) and cook for 10 mins by covering with Lid.
After 10 mins, just mix all the vegetables and see if all vegetables got fried in oil well, then add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste and mix it well. After that, as we have taken 2 cups of basmati rice, so pour four cups of water (double of rice) and salt to taste and let the water get boiled. After 5 to 10 mins, add the rice in the bowl which is cleaned and kept aside and then cover with a lid. Let the rice get cooked completely. It takes another 10 to 15mins to get the rice cooked completely. Then open the lid and pour ghee on top of it and also garnish with chopped coriander leaves on top of the rice to get aromatic flavor by which it gives the completeness.
And now very tasty and delicious Veg Biryani is ready to serve. Enjoy the veg biryani with raita or with any curry like chicken/paneer when it is hot.
