Everyone’s most favourite and easy to make Maggie in 2 minutes recipe preparation for 2 people.
- Green chillies (2)
- Onion, carrot(1)
- Beans (2 to 3)
- Tomato (1)
- Salt (to taste)
- Chilly powder, ginger ( small pieces), oil (50ml)
- Water to boil, coriander leaves, Maggi masala or coriander powder
Firstly, light up the stove and keep a bowl on it and pour water into the bowl and let the water boil for 5 to 10 mins. In the boiling water add 2 tbsps of oil and add Maggi into the water. The reason behind adding oil is we get smoothy and non-sticky Maggi noodles. Once the Maggi gets boiled completely, turn off the stove take the water out and add in another separate plate. Now finely chop all vegetables and keep them aside.
Take another pan and add 3 tbsps of oil and once the oil gets heated add finely chopped green chillies, onions and stir well. After 5 mins, add ginger pieces and all the chopped vegetables like carrot, beans and also tomato one by one into the pan and mix well. After 5 to 10 mins, added vegetables will get completely cooked and now add a pinch of salt and chilly powder and mix well, then add Maggi masala powder or coriander powder and mix well. Now add the boiled Maggi noodles which are kept aside and mix properly, so that Maggi absorbs the spices taste we added earlier and let it cook for 2 mins by covering with a lid. Now turn off the stove and open the lid and just feel the maggie flavour and garnish with coriander leaves.
